🤝 Bandhu is a peer support service — not a medical, psychological, or crisis service. By using Bandhu, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Bandhu ("we", "us", "our") is an anonymous emotional support and peer listening service operated at bandhu.online. We provide a safe, confidential space for users to share their thoughts and feelings with a real human listener.
Bandhu is not a mental health service, therapy service, counselling service, or crisis intervention service. Our listeners are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals.
⚠️ If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or are in immediate danger — please contact iCall (9152987821), Vandrevala Foundation (1860-2662-345), or your nearest emergency service immediately. Bandhu is not equipped to handle crisis situations.

Bandhu offers three annual subscription plans:
All plans are billed annually. Payments are processed securely through PhonePe / our payment gateway partner. We do not store your payment details.
Refund Policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of technical failure on our part. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at suno@bandhu.online within 7 days of payment.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default unless you explicitly enable auto-renewal.
By using Bandhu, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms without refund.
We respect and protect your anonymity. Our team members are bound by confidentiality. The content of your messages and calls will not be shared with any third party, except as required by Indian law or a valid court order.
However, if a user discloses an immediate risk to their own life or the life of another, we reserve the right to share relevant information with emergency services. This is the only exception to our confidentiality commitment.
All content on bandhu.online — including text, design, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Bandhu and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Bandhu provides its service on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for:
Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the service in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of Bandhu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of Bandhu after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
