Refund Policy

๐Ÿค We want every Bandhu experience to feel worth it. If something went wrong on our end, we will make it right. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds work.

1. Our General Approach

Bandhu subscriptions are annual digital services. Because the service is delivered immediately upon activation โ€” and because we are a small, human-powered operation โ€” we follow a fair but clear refund policy. We are always reachable at suno@bandhu.online and will respond within 2 working days.

2. Annual Subscription Plans

Bandhu offers three annual plans โ€” Basic (โ‚น399), Plus (โ‚น599), and Premium (โ‚น1299).

โœ“ 24-hour cooling off period โ€” if you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase and have not sent any messages, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

3. Voice Call Bookings

โš ๏ธ If you are running late for a call โ€” please WhatsApp us at +91 8750770926 immediately. We will wait up to 5 minutes and try to accommodate you where possible.

4. Premium Plan โ€” Unlimited Calls Fair Use

The Bandhu Premium plan includes unlimited calls subject to a fair use limit of 8 calls per month. If you feel this limit is affecting your experience unreasonably, please contact us โ€” we will review on a case by case basis. No refund is provided solely on the basis of the fair use limit being applied.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at suno@bandhu.online with:

We will respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 working days to your original payment method (UPI / bank account / card).

6. Refund Processing

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

Bandhu does not issue refunds in cash or via any alternative payment method.

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate by emailing suno@bandhu.online with the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will escalate to a senior review within 3 working days.

All disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
